At the welcome House, we have helped hundreds of clients in the last 20 years by providing a safe and clean environment while encouraging an independence at the same time preventing homelessness. The requirements for our transitional program are:
1) Be sober for at least 30 days and maintain sobriety while living at the welcome house
2) Must Have a consistent income (SSI, SSDI, Earned income)
3) Must have personal goals and follow the house rules
Our Services include
All Utilities, Internet, Laundry room, same day move ins, no background, no deposit required.
Plus
Smart TV's, Out door areas to sit down & relax, We can also provide Payee services and can offer medicine reminders.
All this for a monthly fee of
$800 per bed wi-fi, smart TV's and utilities
